Panchakarma — Restoring Balance from Within
Panchakarma is a Sanskrit word meaning "five actions" — a profound Ayurvedic purification and rejuvenation therapy that removes toxic materials left by disease, poor nutrition and environmental toxins.
Normally the body has the innate ability to efficiently process and remove waste materials. However, due to repeated dietary indiscretions, poor exercise patterns, and genetic predisposition, the digestive enzymes and metabolic co-factors that regulate internal homeostasis become disorganized — leading to the accumulation of toxins throughout the physiology and resulting in disease.
Panchakarma removes toxins and corrects imbalances, eliminating harmful waste matter through the body's own organs and channels of elimination. It purifies the tissues at a very deep level and is customised according to each patient's unique body constitution.
